Scotch Eggs

A Scotch Egg is a semi soft boiled egg, shelled then wrapped in a blend of house made pork and chorizo sausage then bread crumbed and fried. Served with tartar sauce. 

Traditionally eaten at room temperature is the Scotch Egg
