Pastry pie, filled with Lamb shoulder braised in white wine, carrots and pearl onions.
WITH Mashed Potato.
Preheat oven to 350°. Remove pie from its box and place on a baking sheet to avoid any of the sauce bubbling out into your oven. Once oven temperature is reached place pie in oven
• Large Pie for approx 30 - 40 mins.
• Small Pie for approx 15 - 20 mins.
Time may vary depending on your oven, so could need a little longer.
Simply warm mash potato up in a microwave or very gently on a low heat in a sauce pan, being careful to mix constantly to ensure mash doesn't burn at the bottom.
TIP: Brush top of pie evenly with egg yolk and sprinkle with a touch of sea salt before placing into the oven.
Caution filling of Pie will be extremely hot...
