Bangers by the lb


The great British Banger

 Pork breakfast sausages.  sold by the pound.

1lb is approximately 6 pieces or 2 of our restaurant portions.

Cooking Instructions: Using a fort prick each sausage 2 - 3 times, and gently saute over a moderate heat with 1tsp of cooking oil turning until all sides are deep golden brown and the sausage is firm to the touch.

Portion tips:

For 2 portions of JWF bangers and mash at home, serve with 1 order of mash potatoes and 1 order onion gravy
