Bangers & Mash


Traditional British bangers, (3 pieces per order) served over yukon gold mashed potatoes and finished with caramelized onion gravy.

Cooking instructions:
Prick each Banger 3 times making a small holes. Saute on stove top using a little vegetable oil on a moderate heat, rolling in the pan as they cook to get an even color all around each Banger. Whilst the Bangers are cooking heat up the mash potato and onion gravy in a microwave or in a small pot on the stove. 

To serve:
Spoon mash potato onto a warm plate, place the Bangers on top and pour the onion gravy over all.

Fun fact: 
The name "bangers" comes from the sound they make whilst cooking
