Reheating Instructions

1. Pre-heat oven to 400°.
2. Remove lid from the metal container.
3. Loosely cover Braised Short Rib with aluminum foil.
4. Place on baking sheet and put into the oven for 40 min.
5. Remove foil and check if the sauce is bubbling around the edges.
6. Remove lid from the container with the mashed potatoes and re-heat in microwave until hot.
7. 5 min. before taking out the meat:
Add pearl onions, carrots, bacon & mushrooms to the braised short in the oven, or on a separat dish on the side of the short ribs.
8. Place the hot mashed potatoes onto one side of a plate.
Place the short ribs on the other side
9. Spoon sauce with pearl onions, carrots, bacon & mushrooms on the braised ribs

TIP: If the sauce looks a little loose (watery) pour into a pan and reduce to desired consistency before pouring over the meat.
