Moderately spiced with chipotle and chili peppers.

Pastry pie, filled with Pork shoulder and Sweet Potato, braised in Vindaloo sauce. Vindaloo Spicy Indian sauce containing Tomato – Ginger – garlic – onion – many aromatic southern Indian spices
WITH Mashed Potato.

Serve 4 people generously.

TIP: Brush top of pie evenly with egg yolk and sprinkle with a touch of sea salt before placing into the oven.

Caution filling of the pie will be extremely hot…
